    Each programme is bespoke to the participants, with a flexible blend of learning approaches including face-to-face work, webinars and practical learning through toolkits and other resources. We embrace diversity of background, culture, approach and experience, reinforced by mentoring and team/individual coaching.

    During the programme leaders will:

    ● Analyse their own contexts and describe the nature of the issues they are facing to determine where system leadership would be appropriate.
    ● Explain the value of system leadership and be able to share this with others.
    ● Reflect on their leadership styles and behaviours and contrast these with those necessary in systems leadership.
