Celebrating 2024 for 360 Degree Society’s People team: A Year of Growth, Impact, and Transformation
2024 has been a remarkable year of success and impact, as we delivered what we love most: developing people and driving meaningful change with both new and long-standing clients and partners.
Here’s a snapshot of our delivery, achievements, and the difference we’ve made this year:
Transformative System Leadership Development
Launched and delivered 3 longitudinal system leadership programs spanning 12 months each. Through masterclasses, Action Learning Sets (ALS), and 1-1 coaching, participants have reported significant growth:
100% of participants said they felt more confident in their leadership abilities, better equipped to engage, influence, and empower their teams.
Feedback has been overwhelmingly positive:
“The programme has helped me feel confident in leading across the region. I now understand how to influence and empower others to improve patient care. The leadership toolkit and support have been truly inspiring. Thank you for helping me see my potential and develop my leadership!”
Expanding Reach Through Leadership Webinars and Workshops
Over 80 leadership and management webinars delivered to more than 200 participants across two regions, with an impressive 99% strongly agreeing that the learning outcomes were met.
The success has led to recommissioning for 2025, with plans to expand the series to an additional 100 participants.
Team Development and Coaching
Delivered 3 team coaching and development sessions, across Integrated Care Partnerships (ICP’s) and Primary care enabling teams to define strategic goals, enhance collaboration, and boost performance.
Teams reported higher effectiveness, team productivity and cohesion:
“The session helped us align on strategic plans and team contracts. We’ve become more effective, productive and have cohesive since and it’s made a huge difference in how we work together. The facilitator was excellent and helped us achieve the required session outcomes”
Empowering Leadership Through Coaching
Conducted 50+ executive coaching sessions, with 100% agreement that the experience was transformative and impactful, building leadership confidence and skillsets.
Innovating with Wellbeing Workshops
Our expert consultant introduced a new product the Connect 5 Health and Wellbeing workshop, helping teams enhance resilience and wellbeing strategies. This innovative product has received excellent feedback, and we’re excited to expand it further in 2025.
Inspiring Development Experiences
Delivered bespoke workshops and webinars on a variety of topics, including Effective Chairing, Influencing Others, Career Management, and Imposter Phenomena (IP).
One participant shared about the IP workshop:
“The development was life changing for me, I can’t believe how much this helped… I now understand why I act and think as I did, I understand my IP cycle, I utilise the tools and tips given to help me. I now reframe my self-talk, look at my strengths, and now feel able to help myself and other colleagues/ team members when they are feeling an imposter. I feel like a different person because of the development and my coaching!”
Leading in Cancer Alliance Support
With a 70% market share in Cancer Alliance leadership and Organisational development, we’ve solidified our position as market leader in this field, continuing our partnerships and initiating repeat work with our regular Alliance clients along with some new alliances for the end of 20024 and into 2025.

As we celebrate this year’s achievements, we’re already gearing up for an exciting 2025, with ambitious objectives and new opportunities.
