Developing a leadership framework for Credit Unions
Prospect were commissioned by the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) and Association of Credit unions to be the OD partner for the Credit Union Expansion Programme. This work was with 83 Credit Unions (CU) as part of the national strategy to expand the uptake of CU services providing a viable alternative to the mainstream financial sector; the programme was undertaken over one year to support the CU to be business ready for the expansion of their services.

Population Health and Primary Care
Prospect were appointed to work with leaders, teams and staff working in Greater Manchester’s Population Health , Social Care and Primary Care Commissioning Directorate within GMHSCP. As an OD partner, Prospect have been supporting these teams for over three years. The teams have a range of complex relationships across the health and care system in Greater Manchester.

Leadership Development Programme: West Yorkshire and Harrogate Cancer Alliance
West Yorkshire and Harrogate Cancer Alliance (WY & H) commissioned Prospect to deliver a leadership programme for the Clinical Chairs and Vice chairs of the Optimal Pathway Groups (OPG) which launched in March 2021. It was recognised that there was a need for the leadership development to support the chairs and vice chairs to take on the role as system leaders who would lead the changes required for their tumour pathways and transformation required as part of the national cancer plan. Leadership Development for Cancer Leads and Clinical Chairs
Northern Cancer Alliance (NCA) commissioned Prospect for a second time due to the success of the first commission in 2018 to deliver a leadership programme for Cancer Leads, Chairs and Vice Chairs of multi-disciplinary teams, continuing with the priority for the NCA to develop their MDT leaders to ensure that MDTs were running effectively and following the recommendations for streamlining MDT meetings. Well North Enterprises (WNE) is working with Yeme Architects in Bradford on an innovative regeneration project in Bradford, linking social interaction opportunities with better health outcomes.

Aiming for The Moon!
